Rtp Observer

Component that monitors and analyzes RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol) packets. Detects RTP packets by examining packet headers and tracks stream statistics including sequence numbers, timestamps, SSRC identifiers, and packet loss. Acts as a transparent pass-through that provides detailed monitoring and analysis of RTP streams for debugging, quality assessment, and performance analysis.
