Quick Add KPI Components

In Nanoping, you can add KPIs directly to your dashboard via the Metrics panel.

Prerequisite

Ensure your pipelines are running. Metrics will not be available for selection if the underlying pipelines are inactive.

1. Open the Metrics panel​

Click the Metrics button located in the top-right corner of the interface (or within your toolbar).

2. Search for a metric​

Use the search bar to find the specific data point you want to track. Example: Searching for "Carrier Loss"

3. Add as KPI​

Right-click on the desired metric and select Add as KPI from the context menu.

4. Configure the KPI​

A configuration form will appear. Select your desired KPI behavior here.

5. Fine-tune Settings​

After clicking Add, a second form will appear allowing you to adjust specific thresholds and display settings.

6. Save the Dashboard​

You will be redirected to the KPI Dashboard. The new KPI is not active until you persist the changes. Press Save to finish.

Done!

You should now see your new KPI live on the dashboard.
